For our larger rental items such as arches, pillars, and backdrops, ONLY our movers and crew members are able to move them from ceremony to reception. As such, if you plan on repurposing these items from ceremony to reception, you MUST purchase this service fee in order to do so. This is due to insurance and should moving these items be attempted without our staff, you will be charged the moving fee as well as a repair fee for any damages incurred to the item, per our Rental Terms & Conditions. 

By adding this moving fee to your rental you will retain our movers to stay on location for your ceremony, take down, and then move the item TO ANOTHER ROOM WITHIN THE SAME BUILDING or TO ANOTHER LOCATION WITHIN THE SAME ROOM. 

Please note, if the ceremony and reception are located at different addresses or buildings, OR if a vehicle is required to transport the rental items then ONLY our team can transport the florals to another address or building, regardless of the size of the rental item and this is available on a case-by-case basis. If you require a quote for the items to be moved to another address please contact us at hello@loveandlilacsboutique.ca. If your ceremony and reception are at the same address/building, your insured wedding planner or coordinator may move the smaller arrangements (pending written permission from Love & Lilacs Boutique). 

Please note, if a vehicle is required to transport the florals, they CANNOT be moved by your planner. If elevators or stairs are involved, or if there are tight corners/hallways, uneven terrain or large hills, this approval is on a case-by-case basis and may affect the moving fee. Please note that our arches cannot be easily moved as-is or dragged across the room, even if the same room gets converted from ceremony to reception. Moving our rental products in this way may cause damage to the rental item. As such, if you wish to have it moved to another area in the same room it will need to be torn down and re-installed, and the moving large arrangements fee would apply. 

Take note that moving our large arrangements does not ONLY mean us transporting from Point A to Point B. It means our movers will need to remain onsite until the end of the ceremony, then tear down the rental, transport everything safely to the new location while guests are mingling during cocktail hour, then delivery of the item at the new location along with unloading, setup, and re-styling at the new location.

Please note that the process of disassembling, transporting, and setup/re-styling of our rental products can take from 45 minutes up to 2 hours depending on the rental item, styling, transport distance, terrain, and more. Please account for this time required when planning your wedding timeline. We will confirm these details with you prior to your wedding date.
