'Nina' - Wildflower Meadow Ground Arch

The 'Nina' Wildflower Meadow Ground Arch will take your breath away with her dreamy pastel floral design that exudes wild romance and lasting love. She extends a length of 12’ and is made up of 6 - 2’ lengths that can be laid out in whatever pattern you like, ie. half circle, longline, triangle, or even separated to be used as aisle meadows. We cannot remove flowers from the ‘Nina’ ground arch, however we can customize it by adding more faux florals to suit your needs. The 'Nina' Wildflower Meadow Ground Arch will make the ideal backdrop to your perfect day.

We deliver, set up, and style the 'Nina' Wildflower Meadow Ground Arch the morning of your wedding day and take it down and remove it from your venue at the end of the day for perfectly fuss-free wedding decor. We will reach out to you to discuss the details following receipt of your order.

Rental price includes:

• Additional faux florals as needed so as to create the perfect ground arch to match your wedding colours and theme (please note that we cannot remove flowers from this item, we can only temporarily add them to the design). 

Price is for 1 setup/location only. We do not allow our clients to pick up or drop off rental items and as such, a one-time delivery fee of $325 is required for rentals (this fee covers ALL of the items you choose to rent on your wedding day). This fee includes  delivery, setup, styling, takedown and pickup of your rental item and takedown will begin between 9-10pm on your wedding date. This fee is required for ALL rentals. Takedown after 10pm will incur additional fees (+$100 at 11pm and +$200 at 12pm). 

If you plan to repurpose this item for your reception and it needs to be relocated to another room within the same building/address, you may do so as long as you email us a copy of your us day-of event insurance (Insurance here) at hello@loveandlilacsboutique.ca. Please note that any damages beyond normal wear-and-tear to the item in your care or during moving will incur additional charges per our Rental Terms & Conditions. We will contact you via email and/or phone within 5-10 business days of your purchase to discuss details of the rental. Please note that NOBODY EXCEPT OUR MOVERS/DESIGNERS may move the rental item to another building or address. If you wish to have your reception at another location and need the rental moved, you will need to also purchase the 'Moving Large Arrangements From Ceremony to Reception Fee'. for more information please review our Rental Terms & Conditions before making your purchase. We are located in Edson, AB and deliver within province of Alberta. Standard delivery fees added at checkout include delivery within 200km of our Edson warehouse and within the city of Edmonton. If your event is outside of the 200km delivery radius, we ARE STILL ABLE TO DELIVER TO YOU for a fee of $1.50/km beyond 200km outside of Edson or out of Edmonton city limits. If you require delivery beyond this distance please contact us for a custom quote.
