How it works

1. Select your wedding floral pieces

Browse the Blush & Ivory Collection pieces and select the perfect ones for your wedding. All pieces use only premium real-touch and 3D printed florals that are thoughtfully designed to photograph beautifully and create a cohesive, elevated atmosphere for your day without the stress, cost, or waste of fresh florals.

2. Reserve your wedding floral rental

1. Select your reservation date & time from the calendar and click 'book now'

2. Complete your wedding decor reservation: During checkout, fill out the form so we know all the details.

3. We have two payment options: Either Pay in full at checkout or reserve with a 30% nonrefundable deposit at checkout. We will send you an invoice with the remaining amount to be paid within 30 days of booking.

4. You will receive confirmation of your rental in 1-3 business days via email. At that time, we will arrange a wedding floral consultation with you to discuss your wedding floral setup and details.

3. Delivery, installation & teardown/return

We offer FREE, COMPLIMENTARY delivery, installation, takedown & return of your rentals with all invoices subtotalling over $2500 in rentals with venue locations within 100km of Edmonton or 150 km of Edson. Beyond these limits, or for rentals under $2500, email us at hello@loveandlilacsboutique.ca for a custom delivery quote. 

Rental orders under $2500 are subject to a delivery & installation fee based on venue location and projected hours of floral installation time.

Advance delivery (day before setup for rehearsals, etc) is available at an additional fee of $50% of the rental invoice subtotal (excludes base delivery fees if applicable).

Delivery & Setup will be coordinated with you or your planner/coordinator to make the most of our schedule and ensure that your florals are set up and ready well in advance of your event start time.

Teardown will be scheduled with you between 8pm and 10pm or at your requested time. 

Late teardown is available at a fee of $250 (from 10pm to 12:00pm) and $150/hour thereafter.

Optional extras & additions will be discussed with you during your wedding consultation.
