HOW IT WORKS

1. Select your reservation date & time from the calendar and click 'book now'
2. Complete your wedding decor reservation: During checkout, fill out the form so we know all the details. 
3. We will reach out via email in 1-3 business days to confirm your reservation and schedule your custom design consultation
4. We have two payment options: Either Pay in full at checkout or reserve with a 30% nonrefundable deposit at checkout. We will send you an invoice with the remaining amount to be paid within 30 days of booking.
5. With your date secured, your florals are lovingly reserved just for you.

Delivery & Installation

Your florals and décor are delivered directly to your wedding venue and professionally installed by the Love & Lilacs team. After your celebration, we return to dismantle and collect your rental pieces - so there is nothing for you or your wedding party to arrange, move, or return.

Delivery, setup & teardown pricing is based on distance from Edson:

• 0–50 km: $150
• 51–100 km: $200
• 101–150 km: $300
• 151–200 km: $400
• 201–250 km: $500
• 251–300 km: $600

Complimentary delivery, setup & teardown on orders over $2,500 within 200 km of Edson.

For locations beyond 200 km, please contact us for a custom quote.

Delivery and installation times are coordinated with your venue and wedding-day schedule. Teardown is done between 8pm and 9pm.

Each bouquet is individually handcrafted after your order is placed to ensure exceptional quality and attention to detail.

Please allow 4–6 weeks for production before your order is shipped or available for pickup. If you require your florals sooner, please contact us before placing your order.
