If your item is purchased alongside a rental booking, we will deliver the items to you on the morning of your event alongside your rental selections. 

If your item is purchased and you have not rented other products, we will ship your items to you as soon as possible using the shipping address indicated at checkout.

Each item is individually handcrafted after your order is placed to ensure exceptional quality and attention to detail.

Please allow 4–6 weeks for production before your order is shipped or available for delivery. If you require your florals sooner, please contact us before placing your order.

How it works

  1. Select your reservation date & time from the calendar and click 'book now'
  2. Complete your wedding decor reservation: During checkout, fill out the form so we know all the details. 
  3. We will reach out via email in 1-3 business days to confirm your reservation and schedule your custom design consultation
  4. We have two payment options: Either Pay in full at checkout or reserve with a 30% nonrefundable deposit at checkout. We will send you an invoice with the remaining amount to be paid within 30 days of booking.
  5. With your date secured, your florals are lovingly reserved just for you.

Your made-to-order purchase will be shipped to you upon completion, allowing 4-6 weeks for production of the item. If you have ordered this made-to-order item alongside additional floral rentals, we will deliver the item to you alongside the rental order on your event date.
