HOW IT WORKS
- Select your reservation date & time from the calendar and click 'book now'
- Complete your wedding decor reservation: During checkout, fill out the form so we know all the details.
- We will reach out via email in 1-3 business days to confirm your reservation and schedule your custom design consultation
- We have two payment options: Either Pay in full at checkout or reserve with a 30% nonrefundable deposit at checkout. We will send you an invoice with the remaining amount to be paid within 30 days of booking.
- With your date secured, your florals are lovingly reserved just for you.

Delivery & Installation
Your florals and décor are delivered directly to your wedding venue and professionally installed by the Love & Lilacs team. After your celebration, we return to dismantle and collect your rental pieces - so there is nothing for you or your wedding party to arrange, move, or return.
Delivery, setup & teardown pricing is based on distance from Edson:
- 0–50 km: $150
- 51–100 km: $200
- 101–150 km: $300
- 151–200 km: $400
- 201–250 km: $500
- 251–300 km: $600
Complimentary delivery, setup & teardown on orders over $2,500 within 200 km of Edson.
For locations beyond 200 km, please contact us for a custom quote.
Delivery and installation times are coordinated with your venue and wedding-day schedule. Teardown is done between 8pm and 9pm.

Flexible Ceremony Design
The Blue & White Ceremony Installation pieces can be installed onto virtually any ceremony structure, including arches, arbors, pergolas, pillars, and custom backdrops.
The collection includes a tall floral meadow, an extra large swag, large swag, medium swag, and small swag, allowing for a layered, asymmetrical design tailored to your venue and ceremony space.
Following your ceremony, the floral pieces can be easily removed and repurposed throughout your reception. The installation components transition beautifully into floral meadows surrounding a sweetheart table, head table, seating chart, cake display, bar, or reception entrance, allowing your flowers to make an impact throughout the entire wedding day.

Delivery & Installation
Delivery, installation, and pickup are included for venues located within 100 km of Edson, Alberta.
For venues located beyond 100 km, the following travel fees apply that will be added to your final invoice:
- A delivery fee of $150 is applicable to venues located beyond 100 km of Edson, AB - including Edmonton, St. Albert, Sherwood Park, Leduc, Jasper, and surrounding areas up to 250km outside of Edson.
- Delivery fees will be reflected on your final invoice.
- Venues beyond 250km radius - please inquire for custom delivery fees. Delivery fees will be reflected in your final invoice.
- Travel fees cover transportation of rental inventory, professional installation, post-event removal, and return transportation.
